Get Charlie up and running in your repository in just a few simple steps:

Sign Up

Visit charlielabs.ai and create your account

Connect GitHub

After being redirected to the dashboard, authenticate with your GitHub account

Complete Onboarding

Follow the guided onboarding steps in the dashboard to configure Charlie for your projects

Add Charlie to Your Repository

In your repository, go to Settings → Collaborators and teams → Add people. Search for CharlieHelps and click Add.

For organizations, give Charlie the Triage role.

Charlie won’t be responsive until we activate him during your onboarding call.

Once you’ve completed the initial setup:

  • Learn Charlie’s capabilities at charlielabs.ai/learn
  • Start collaborating by assigning or mentioning Charlie
  • Customize Charlie’s behavior with configuration files (optional)
